In 2018, I realized that I had lost my way. That day, I took a breath and said
"Never again!"
No more trading authenticity for perceived safety. No more allowing beliefs that are not my own to override my internal compass. No more sacrificing my identity to make others happy.
Things got pretty messy for a while. Metamorphosis is like that! Throughout it all, I was privileged to have many tools and a wealth of knowledge that allowed me to move through the mess and into success.
